Farouk and Maamoun Mohammed Said Tamer Industries Holding Company is a Saudi limited liability holding company established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and registered in the city of Jeddah under unified number (7012292335); and together with its subsidiaries and controlled affiliates (collectively, "Tamer Group"), follows strict policies and guidelines to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law ("PDPL"), its Implementing Regulations ("IR"), and all other applicable laws, regulations and directives as issued by competent authorities.

This Privacy Notice outlines the types of information we collect and record, how we use it, and the how we, use, share, safeguard, and retain your Personal Data. This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Data collected through our online platforms and related digital interactions.

Depending on your use of the site, we may collect certain personal information about you, referred to as ("Personal Data"). Tamer Group is the entity responsible for your Personal Data and acts as the "data controller," meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data. Because your privacy is important to us and maintaining your trust is our priority, we issue this Privacy Notice to inform you how any information submitted by you or collected by Tamer Group through this website (and elsewhere) may be processed for the purposes set out hereunder.

What is Personal Data

Personal Data in this Privacy Notice means any data regardless of its source of form, that may lead to identifying an individual directly or indirectly (a 'data subject'). An identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

In this section, we describe what Personal Data we collect, and how we use that Personal Data and, where required under PDPL and the Implementing Regulations, the legal bases for each processing activity. A further description of the legal bases is set out at section 3 of this Privacy Notice.

Customer Support and Online Services

If you contact us using any medium of communication made available by Tamer Group on this website with a query or comment about any of our services or products, we will need to collect information about you (including your contact details) to help us respond to your query or request or provide our services to you. This information may include identification data (such as your name, date of birth, gender, city, nationality, etc.), contact details (such as email address and telephone number), and other information.

We may also keep a record of any communications we have with you (including a recording of any calls you make). We do this to help monitor and improve the quality of our customer support services, to make and defend legal claims, and to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject. If you do not wish to have your calls recorded, please disconnect and contact us by using the email provided in section 13 of this Privacy Notice.

  • Profiling and analytics

In order to assist us in conducting our processing purposes, we may apply limited profiles to you based on your Personal Data for analytics and service improvements purpose only, including the Personal Data you have provided to us; behavioural information (such as pages on our website that you have interacted with); demographic data; and Personal Data that we have legitimately obtained from third-parties or public sources. Such profiles may be used as part of the processing purposes of enhancing and improving our services, tailoring content to you, personalizing your experience, and for our research and development purposes.

Such profiling shall not produce legal or significant effects on you without obtaining Explicit Consent, where required by the PDPL and its Implementing Regulations.

Participation and Employment in Tamer Group

If you contact us to apply for a position or to offer your services as a business partner of Tamer Group or to attend in Tamer Group in a business capacity, we will need to collect information about you, which may include Personal Data (for example, your contact details) to process your application, assess your suitability, communicate with you, and comply with any legal or regulatory obligations. We may do this when you call us or interact with us through our online support channels.

The information we collect may include for example your name, date of birth, address, email, telephone number, your photograph, passport details, nationality, bank account details (such as your IBAN), executive management names and identification information (such as your Saudi or Iqama ID number or any other recognizable identification document). Please note that we will request such information as necessary, with each stage of the process requiring only the relevant details. For instance, passport and bank account details will typically be requested only at the final stages. We only collect such information to the extent necessary for the relevant stage of the process.

In certain circumstances during the recruitment process, particularly where referrals are involved, your Personal Data may be collected from a third-party, such as an employee or recruitment agency. Where this occurs, we will, without undue delay and in any event within thirty (30) days, inform you of the relevant details set out in this Notice, including the categories of Personal Data processed and the source from which we obtained it.

In Connection with Legal or Regulatory Obligations

We may process your Personal Data to prevent fraud, protect Tamer Group's business, comply with our regulatory requirements or dialogue with regulators as applicable which may include disclosing your Personal Data to third-parties, the court service and/or regulators or law enforcement agencies in connection with enquiries, proceedings, or investigations by such parties anywhere in the world or where compelled to do so.

Where permitted, we will direct any such request to you or notify you before responding unless to do so would prejudice the prevention or detection of a crime.

Automatic Collection for the Purpose of Analytics, Research, and Improvement for Website Enhancement

Tamer Group and third-parties that provide content, advertising, or other functionality on our website may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies to automatically collect information through the services. These are collected for the purposes of:

  • Providing, operating, and maintaining our website;
  • Improving, personalizing, and expanding our website;
  • Understanding and analysing how you use our website;
  • Developing new products, services, features, and functionality;
  • Enhancing the design and style of our products and services to make improvements;
  • Carrying out statistical, technical, logistical analysis, and strategic development;

Additionally, Tamer Group follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of their hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

To Reorganize or Make Changes to our Business

In the event that we: (a) are subject to negotiations for the sale of our business or part thereof to a third-party; (ii) are sold to a third-party; or (iii) undergo a re-organization, we may need to transfer some or all of your Personal Data to the relevant third-party (or its advisors) as part of any due diligence process for the purposes of evaluating, negotiating, or completing the transaction.

We may also need to transfer your Personal Data to that re-organized entity or third-party after the sale or reorganization for them to use for the same purposes as set out in this Privacy Notice.

Where your Personal Data is transferred to a new or reorganized entity as part of such changes, we shall inform you prior to such transfer and request your consent where needed.

From time to time, we may request you to provide additional Personal Data. When we do this, we will provide further information about why we are collecting it and how we will use it. A description of the legal basis used to process Sensitive Data, in the event that the activities referred to in section 2 above included Sensitive Data collection, is set out below:

  • Legal Obligation: where we are required to process the Sensitive Data for us to establish, defend, prosecute, or file a claim against you, us, or a third-party.
  • Substantial Public Interest: the processing is necessary for reasons of substantial public interest, on the basis of applicable law.
  • Explicit Consent: explicit consent in this Privacy Notice means you giving your direct and explicit consent in any form that clearly indicates your acceptance of the processing of your Personal Data in a manner that cannot be interpreted otherwise and whose obtention can be proven and where you have given explicit consent to the processing of your Sensitive Data for one or more specified purposes or, if you are resident in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing. You are free to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us using the details set out at section 13 of this Privacy Notice. If you do so, we may be unable to provide a benefit, good or service that requires the use of such Personal or Sensitive Data.

How We Protect and Store Your Information

How we protect your information

We take all necessary steps required by PDPL and the Implementing Regulations to protect your Personal Data, including implementing all appropriate technical, organizational, and administrative security measures. This includes physical, electronic, and administrative procedures that ensure that your Personal Data is safeguarded from loss and misuse as well as unauthorized access, deletion, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Where you disclose information to us using our website, please ensure that your device remains safe. We cannot be held responsible for any data misuse arising from unauthorized access to your device.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our websites, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential and for complying with any other security procedures that we notify you of. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Storing your Personal Data

We will store your Personal Data for only as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as explained in this Privacy Notice, and any permissible related purpose(s).

In some circumstances, we may need to store your Personal Data for longer periods of time, for instance, where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, reporting, regulatory, accounting obligations, or in the event of any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation relating to your Personal Data or dealings. Where your Personal Data is no longer required, we will ensure it is disposed of or anonymized in a safe manner.

Your Rights

You have certain rights available to you when it comes to your Personal Data that is processed under this Privacy Notice. Please note that these rights may vary depending on where you are located and the data protection laws that apply to you, and the exercise of such rights may be subject to certain exemptions. In all cases, we comply with and respect the data subject rights granted under PDPL and the Implementing Regulations to which our processing activities are subject and have implemented all necessary technical, organizational, and administrative measures to guarantee those rights, including the right to access, correction, destruction, and obtaining a copy of your Personal Data in a readable format (in each instance, as applicable).

In order to exercise such rights or to obtain further information, you should contact us using the contact details set out in section 13 below. We will check your entitlement and respond in most cases within 30 days. This period may be extended in case the implementation requires disproportionate effort, or if Tamer Group receives multiple requests from you. The extension will not exceed an additional (30) days, and you will be notified in advance of the extension with the reasons for such extension.

We will ensure that your Personal Data is accurate. In order to assist us with this, you should notify us of any changes to the Personal Data that you have provided to us by contacting us using the contact details set out in section 12 below.

For residents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you have the following rights (subject to certain limitations):

  • to be informed about the processing that affects your Personal Data, including the purpose and legal basis for such processing;
  • to access your Personal Data in a clear and readable format;
  • to request a copy of your Personal Data in a readable and clear format;
  • to withdraw your consent from processing that relies solely on consent as a legal basis;
  • to request the correction, completion, or updating of your Personal Data;
  • to request the destruction of your Personal Data, which Tamer Group no longer requires and does not need to be retained to comply with our legal obligations; and
  • you may have a right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority ("SDAIA"). We ask that you please attempt to resolve any issues with us before referring to your local supervisory authority.

How We Share Information with Others

We work closely with a number of trusted partners with whom we may, where applicable and relevant, need to share your Personal Data for the purposes (and in strict accordance with applicable data protection laws), including:

  • our subsidiaries;
  • our affiliates;
  • our partners; and
  • third-parties who help manage our business and deliver services.

Where permitted to do so, we may share your Personal Data with our partners who may send you marketing and promotional information.

From time to time, we may share information about you with government organizations and agencies, including international organizations, to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules, and legitimate requests from law enforcement, regulatory and other governmental or international agencies, or when to do so is in our legitimate interests, even if we are not compelled to share that information by applicable law.

In all cases when we share your Personal Data, we implement all necessary technical, organizational, administrative, and security measures to safeguard your Personal Data. We only share your Personal Data to the minimum extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing set out in this Privacy Notice and in accordance with PDPL and the Implementing Regulations.

Transferring Personal Data Internationally

We store and process your Personal Data in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your Personal Data may also be shared with and processed by other entities outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the country from which your Personal Data was collected.

We only share your Personal Data with entities that provide equivalent protection to your Personal Data as we do or where we are otherwise permitted to do so by PDPL and the Implementing Regulations and subject to SDAIA approval where required.

We only transfer your Personal Data to jurisdictions that afford the same standard of protection to Personal Data as is provided in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or where we are otherwise permitted to do so by PDPL and the Implementing Regulations, if, for example, a special circumstance applies (e.g. the transfer is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, the transfer is necessary to comply with certain legal obligations or it is to protect your vital interest) and/or we have implemented certain additional security measures to protect it, including:

  • ensuring that the entity receiving your Personal Data complies with equivalent rules to those contained in this Privacy Notice;
  • ensuring that standard contractual clauses approved by SADIA or the competent regulatory authority are in place between us and the entity receiving your Personal Data;
  • ensuring that there are binding corporate rules approved by the competent regulatory authority in place between us and the entity receiving your Personal Data; and/or
  • ensuring that we have carried out an assessment in respect of the transfer we want to undertake.

In all cases, we implement necessary and appropriate measures to safeguard your Personal Data when we transfer it outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or to another jurisdiction from where we have collected it and only ever share the minimum amount needed for the transfer.

This Privacy Notice was last updated on April 01, 2026. We may amend this Privacy Notice from time to time to keep it up to date with legal requirements and the way we operate our business. Please regularly check this page for the latest version of this Privacy Notice. If we make material changes to this Privacy Notice, we will seek to inform you by either updating the date included in this clause or by notifying you on our website or by email.
